The website is precisely what we were looking for and Balanced Solutions listened to our requirements and produced exactly what we wanted. Our upgrade to ADSL which was installed by your engineer was seamless with no disruptions to our communications and has now changed the way we gather and send information through the internet. Our upgrade to Sage Line 50 network version has also made our accounts department more efficient with all personnel being able to access Sage at any time without problems, this again was installed within 2 days of initial order.
