The Accountancy Service Team, using Sage

Providing a fully computerised bookkeeping service that includes Bank reconciliations, VAT returns, Prepayments & Accruals, Cash Flows up to the production of monthly management accounts. This includes a Payroll Service, full year end closedown and production of the P35,P32 & P14/P60. The team will even cover staff sickness and holiday to ensure continuity.
Work carried out on-site or at our offices. Free collection and delivery service available. If you decide to purchase Sage 50 yourself at a later date, we will give you the data we hold on disk free of charge. On-Site Sage Training covering all the above at very competitive prices from qualified staff.

Bookkeeping is undertaken for any type of business, whether you are a sole trader, partnership or limited company.
Sage 50 is our preferred option for bookkeeping, as it is one of the most user friendly packages available, with the added bonus that most accountants will also be using the same product.  This helps with your yearend accounts being finalised.
If you are a small business, you may not need a full time bookkeeper, so by using our services you pay an hourly rate for the time spent working on your books, therefore saving an annual salary, which is much more cost effective.  Alternatively, we can provide a fixed price fee so you can budget better.
If you currently do book keeping in-house, outsourcing to us will free up your valuable time, and allow you to dedicate your time on the more important aspects within your business.
No job is too large or small.  We have clients that generate very little paperwork each month, and in certain circumstances may only take an hour or so.  At the other end of the spectrum, we also have clients that take up several days a week.
