We are very proud of our humble beginnings. Over 25 years ago Keith started the business working out of a bedroom in his house as a one man band. Keith then passed the business on to the second generation, Sarah and Carol. Carol has since retired and is enjoying a break from number crunching!
We are a small but dedicated team of seven professionals working from our own offices in Bitterne, Southampton, serving customers across Hampshire and the South.
We are pleased to be local. It means that we can serve our customers quickly and efficiently – we are their helping hand just around the corner.
Sarah and Sandy, are Sage experts with extensive knowledge of Sage Accounts and Payroll. Even our team members who aren’t ‘family’ have been with us for many years, enabling us to build solid relationships with our customers, in turn allowing us to provide unrivalled levels of customer service.
Your first port of call will be Roger, our office manager who will pass your call to the most relevant person on our team. Sarah or Sandy will then help you with any Sage/Payroll or accounting queries, while Richard, Steve or Paul will help with IT/engineering queries.
Our aim is to serve our customers to the absolute best of our ability. And the fact that several of our clients have been with us since our inception is testament to the fact that we get it right more often than not!
